All missing May 1st payments have been paid out on May 3rd. Our team is still actively working on fixing the historic Lightspeed Payments reporting. Until a permanent fix has been implemented, affected merchants may experience discrepancies in their payments & payouts reporting for these impacted payments.

Identified -
An issue outside our payments platform has been identified with Mastercard payments in Australia not being automatically captured. This affected a number of payments made on April 27th, which have been paid out on April 30th. Payouts and reporting for transactions between the 27th and the 30th have been corrected.
This also affects a number of payments made between April 30th and May 1st. Merchants may experience smaller payouts than anticipated for transactions made during the affected period.
